Make the Phones Ring — Especially in District 72!

We need for each of you to call or e-mail his state representative about the NAIS bill to be heard 9:30am Tuesday, April 24.
We especially need his constituents to call:

We need for at least five (5) of Rep. McDaniel’s constituents to call him as soon as possible and ask him to vote FOR Representative Niceley’s bill, No. HB 0976.
Where is District 72? It’s a tortured piece of gerrymandering, and includes:
- Chester County
- Henderson County
- Northern half and southeastern edge of Decatur County
- Wayne County south of Highway 64
If you’re not sure but think you are in District 72, then by all means call Representative McDaniel.
Be polite, stick to the point. You oppose NAIS and you want Representative Niceley’s bill to protect us from it.
What exactly does this bill do? Two important things:
- This bill says no state money shall be spent on any animal identification system that is not voluntary; and
- This bill does exactly Farm Bureau says they want. We’ll find out if they’re telling the truth.
No NAIS. Not Now, Not Ever!
